Briefing reference: /Users/dadbot/Desktop/ClaudeBod/projects/dadbrain/Analysis/briefings/2026-09-30-pm.md PM: VESPER — the evening star, the first light after the close.
Read data-infra/regime/current.json (ASSAY), status: ok, as_of 2026-09-22 — now five completed sessions behind today (09-23, 09-24, 09-25, 09-28 and 09-29 have not rolled in). Treated as available-with-lag and flagged, not substituted for. Values: spy_day flat (spy_open_to_close_pct −0.08), spy_drawdown_bucket <2% (spy_drawdown_pct −0.58), spy_vs_sma50 above 50d, vix 14.21, vix_regime LOW (<18)**.
spy_drawdown_bucket <2%, vix_regime LOW, spy_vs_sma50 above — unchanged from the last read. The live tape agrees (briefing): SPY prior close 764.38, and VIX 16.08 (LOW <18). (I cannot compute the live drawdown % myself: data/market_data/SPY_daily_sip.parquet ends 2024-12-31, so the file's <2% is cited as-is with its lag and the live proxy is SPY-vs-SMA20 plus the EOD's ATH distance.) One live note, stated without over-reading it: SPY closed 764.38, below its 20-day SMA (765.02) for a second consecutive session (09-29 was the first in this stretch). That is a 20-day touch, not the charter's spy_vs_sma50 (50-day) tag, and does not move a charter indicator; desk-record only.## Regime Charter: consistent. The charter's own persistence rule — drawdown bucket 5-10% or worse, or non-LOW VIX, for five consecutive sessions — stands at 0 of 5; today is nothing of 5 (VIX 16.08 is LOW, and the 09-29 16.04 LOW print never rolled the counter). The <2% bucket is the one in which the cleared backtest's overnight premium was +3.00 net bps (N=715). Nothing here proposes a recalibration, a sit-out or a new mechanism.DRAFT — not ratified (desks/house-vesper/CLAUDE.md). I am held to its drafted terms, not a ratified constraint, and no regime signal changes posture here by itself. Today's plan tracks drafted clauses 2 and 5 exactly: I hold through, and I watch and report only.backtest_2026-07-12_daily.csv, N=1,759): worst historical overnight gap = 2020-03-13 → 2020-03-16, gross −1,102.97 bps, which at 0.90 notional is −9.93% of equity in one night; next worst −700.44 (2020-03-06→09), −649.69 (2020-03-11→12), −532.39 (2020-03-17→18), −410.50 (2024-08-02→05). The 90% size remains a default, not a figure derived from that tail — flagged for TEMPER/ZEUS, unchanged today.strategy_v2.md §Entry Rules 5 — an event-calendar skip was considered and rejected). A firm-wide NO-GO is a calendar rule for the intraday desks; it is not a VESPER instruction, and it does not enter my sizing or my p_trade.Forecast: p_trade 1.0, direction long, conviction high.
Cycle state — the load-bearing detail: this morning resolves the PCE-carrying leg, and tonight opens a macro-silent one-nighter. Cycle 54 — the Tuesday 2026-09-29 16:00 entry at the auction-inclusive anchor 764.80 (29.9836 shares, $22,931.44 notional, 90.0% of $25,479.38 equity) — exits at today's 09:31 bar open, and today's PCE (8:30 ET) falls inside that window (8:30 < 09:31), so the position is live through the release and the market marks its verdict into my exit print. That is a real long trade booked today, which is why p_trade is 1.0 and not a judgment call. Then at 15:50 ET I submit the MOC buy for cycle 55 at today's 16:00 auction-inclusive close, 90% of post-exit equity, held into Thu 2026-10-01 09:31.
The Tier-1 assignment, stated precisely so it cannot drift to the wrong cycle. Cycle 54 carried PCE — named to it in yesterday's plan, pre-registered, no skip and no de-risk. Cycle 55's window (Wed 16:00 → Thu 09:31) carries no scheduled Tier-1: the PCE print is out at 08:30, before my entry, and the market prices it all day; NFP (Fri 10-02 08:30) falls in cycle 56's window, not this one. That is the desk's own definitional test for a macro-silent night, and it is the honest basis for tonight's conviction.
The PCE adjustment, stated precisely. Cycle 54 carried PCE, and the adjustment was none — that was the deliberate call, not an omission: VESPER has no signal gate, no event filter and no skip logic; the overnight hold is taken every session. Conditioning a PCE night — skipping it, shortening it, or sizing it down — would have to first beat the unconditional baseline in a WS9 Bench study without destroying the ~250 obs/yr validation velocity, and none exists. So cycle 54 was taken at standard 90%, exactly like every other night, and the PCE-carry is owned rather than dodged: a scheduled binary carried overnight is precisely the tail the overnight premium is paid to cover. Cycle 55 gets the identical treatment — standard 90%, no conditioning on the day's PCE reaction, on the quarter-end tape, or on the firm-wide NO-GO.
On conviction — high — stated so it is not read as a size instruction either way. p_trade is 1.0 by construction on both legs (the hold is unconditional), so conviction is not a probability of trading and not a staking level: it is the honest ex-ante discount on the width of tonight's two-sided tail. high is the macro-silent-night convention this desk uses when the hold window contains no scheduled catalyst, and cycle 55's window contains none (PCE is priced before my entry; NFP is in the next cycle). I considered calling it med on the PCE-aftermath-plus-quarter-end argument and rejected it: the convention is defined on scheduled prints inside the window, the desk's own cycle-assignment discipline, and widening it here would make the field mean "I feel uneasy" instead of a testable read. The quarter-end close is a real anchor-quality watch (a large, mechanical auction print), not a tail widening, and it changes no size. high is not permission to add — 90% is the cap, always, no leverage ever.
Cycle 54's resolution belongs to this morning and is the desk's first live scheduled Tier-1 inside a hold. It carries the PCE release, the ADP print, the GDP third estimate and the quarter-end close into the 09:31 exit print. Whatever it resolves to — either branch — is one observation, read against the pooled mean. My mean over 53 completed cycles is +4.0830 net bps/day (SD 47.68, vs the 3.151 replication anchor) with a realized net range of −122.77 to +114.89 bps and a win rate of 56.6% (30/53) — not my benchmark, by design. Last cycle: 53 (Mon 09-28 16:00 entry 765.58 → Tue 09-29 09:31 exit 766.10) +$15.57 gross / +$13.28 net (+6.7922 / +5.7922 bps), a WIN — the 27th-best of 53, dead median. One draw, logged, not a finding.
Monitors check (direct run — agents/vesper/mechanism_watch.py, live for this plan, 2026-09-30):
==> OK: premium intact. No DEGRADED flag, nothing appended to monitor-flags.md, no TEMPER review. Windows are numerically where the 09-29 reflection left them (cycle 54's exit rolls in at today's 16:30 ET refresh). Stated so the read is not over-read: these are window rolls as much as readings — the last four nights moved the two windows in four different directions on mixed win/loss inputs — and +6.094 is not "the premium": the honest expectation is reversion toward ~4 bps/day, and either window could fall back toward it without the mechanism being impaired. The floor sits roughly an order of magnitude below.flagged: []). Simulation only — fills price at the anchors, so shortfall ≡ 0; decision-relevant only against real broker fills. Cycle 54's exit rolls in at today's 16:30.paper_trade.py L221 charges COST_BPS/1e4 × notional, COST_BPS = 1.0), roundtrip_shortfall_bps ≡ 0.0000. No realized-cost failure to fix — and no independent cost evidence in simulation. Item already landed in learnings.md (2026-09-24); not re-filed.intelligence/plan-calibration.csv, every row p_trade 1.0 / long); today is the 50th. Per the 2026-09-23 peer review (House Slack and Reversal, independently), that perfect Brier is vacuous for an unconditional stack — p_trade is 1.0 by construction, so the desk cannot miss. It is not cited here as evidence of calibration or skill. The scored-session count is the only information in it.Runner check (starvation watch — done, and clear). agents/vesper/performance/daily_2026-09-29.md is present, and intelligence/runner-health-2026-09-29.md lists vesper: completed / daily artifact present / ok (verdict CLEAR; all ten stacks ok) — so the 300s-budget starvation pattern has NOT recurred. Both 09-29 rows in trades.csv reconcile to the ledger to the cent (cycle 53 exit at 09:31:00 on 766.10; cycle 54 position-open at 764.80 / $22,931.44, matching state/position_ledger.json's open row and its equity_at_entry $25,479.38). Today's run-trades has not yet fired (~13:30 PT; no runner-health-2026-09-30.md exists yet) — expected.
Continuity note for the desk record: 53 completed cycles, cumulative net +$479.38 (gross +$600.17, commissions $120.78), mean +4.0830 net bps/day, WR 56.6% (30/53) — not my benchmark. Last six cycle nets (net bps): +10.12, −14.32, −49.14, +12.82, −49.74, +5.79. Cycle 54 exits 09:31 ET this morning (entry 764.80) carrying PCE; cycle 55 enters tonight at standard 90% into a macro-silent Wed→Thu one-nighter (exit Thu 10-01 09:31). The 08-07 dispatch hole and the 09-02 reflection gap remain the only record gaps.
Invalidation: None structural. An unconditional strategy has no invalidation condition by design. The kill discipline is the mechanism watch on market data (trailing-250 and trailing-500 < 0.655 bps/day gross → TEMPER review), checked daily, not resolvable intra-session, and not conditional on PCE, the Fed, the long end, quarter-end flows, the firm-wide NO-GO or the gap. Tonight's cycle 55 has no skip trigger by design (rules 4 & 5). If the 09:31 open gaps against cycle 54, I take and log it; that is the price of the premium. A 2022-regime drawdown (≈ −11.4% on equity at 0.9 notional) is within tolerance and is not a kill signal; the −26.5% COVID drawdown (2020-02-12 → 2020-03-23, 8-month recovery) is inside the validated sample; the worst single night in that sample cost −9.93% of equity at today's 90% (a Fri→Mon hold). The only stand-downs are force-majeure (closing-auction failure, account/regulatory constraint, exchange halt) — none indicated.
What I am watching: (1) Cycle 54's 09:31 exit print vs entry 764.80 — the desk's first live scheduled Tier-1 inside a hold; the PCE (8:30), ADP, GDP third estimate and quarter-end close all mark into that print. Either branch is one observation. (2) Tonight's 16:00 auction print for cycle 55 — the anchor itself; entered at standard 90% of post-exit equity unconditionally. The only mechanical risk is a failed or erratic closing auction — and on a quarter-end day that watch is live, not nominal (a force-majeure stand-down class, not the price). (3) The mechanism watch — trailing-250 +6.094 / trailing-500 +3.822 vs 0.655, the only number that can ever stop this desk, against a standing expectation of reversion toward ~4. (4) The Tier-1 clock — named so the release is assigned to the correct cycle: PCE (today 08:30 ET) is inside cycle 54's window (exits today 09:31); cycle 55 carries nothing scheduled; NFP (Fri 10-02) is in cycle 56's window. After 09:31, flat and idle until 15:50 — doing exactly nothing, which is the discipline.

Plan reference: desks/house-vesper/plans/2026-09-30-plan.md EOD briefing: dadbrain/Analysis/briefings/2026-09-30-eod.md PM: VESPER — the evening star, the first light after the close.
One desk, one member, one unconditional overnight stack. Single-session window since the 09-29 filing — a two-leg day: the PCE-carrying leg resolved, the macro-silent leg opened.
Cycle 54 — the Tue 2026-09-29 16:00 entry — exited this morning and resolved as a WIN. Entered at the auction-inclusive anchor 764.80 (29.9836 shares, $22,931.44 notional, 90.0% of $25,479.38 equity), exited at today's 09:31 bar open print 766.50: gross +$50.97 (+22.2280 gross bps), commission $2.29, net +$48.68 (+21.2280 net bps). It is the 20th-best of the 54 completed cycles, and it carried PCE — the first scheduled Tier-1 inside a VESPER holding window.
The tape, read against the window I actually held. PCE (8:30 ET) printed softer on core — headline +0.3% MoM / +3.4% YoY, core +0.2% MoM / +3.0% YoY vs +0.3% / +3.3% expected — and the initial relief bid the tape up. But spending (+0.9% nominal) and a Q2 GDP third-estimate revision to +2.2% complicated the benign-inflation read, Treasury yields reversed the post-PCE decline and finished higher, and both tracked ETFs faded in the last hour (SPY −0.58% in the final hour). SPY opened 766.46, ranged 762.24–769.41, closed 762.34 (−0.27% vs prior 764.38); QQQ closed 739.51 (+0.21%) — the two-tier divergence again. VIX 16.34 (+0.30), still LOW (<18). My exit at 09:31 printed 766.50 — essentially the open (766.46), the top of the day's range — so the temporal rule took me out before the fade, not after it. That is the clock doing its work, not a directional call.
Cycle 55 then opened at tonight's 16:00 anchor — a macro-silent one-nighter. Entry 763.09 at the 16:00 auction-inclusive SIP print, 30.1082 shares, $22,975.25 notional (90.0% of post-exit equity $25,528.06), held into Thu 2026-10-01 09:31. An ordinary Wed→Thu leg, not a weekend carry, and it carries no scheduled Tier-1: PCE is out at 08:30, before my entry and priced all day; NFP (Fri 10-02 08:30) falls in cycle 56's window, not this one. Taken at standard 90%, unconditionally (rules 4 & 5) — no conditioning on the day's PCE reaction, the quarter-end tape, or the firm-wide NO-GO.
Anchor coherence, filed so it is not re-derived as a discrepancy: tonight's 16:00 auction-inclusive print (763.09) sits +9.84 bps ABOVE the EOD's consolidated SPY close (762.34), and cycle 54's entry sat +5.49 bps above the prior close (764.38) — the same positive-sign class as 09-25 (+0.648) and 09-28 (+1.176). That is the designed anchor (P27): the auction-inclusive 16:00 SIP bar is what I trade, not the reported consolidated close. The auction printed clean; the only stand-down class (a failed or erratic closing auction) did not occur, on a quarter-end day where that watch was live.
Continuity for the desk record: 54 completed cycles, cumulative net +$528.06 (gross +$651.14, commissions $123.07), mean +4.4005 net bps/day vs the 3.151 replication anchor (SD 47.29), win rate 57.4% (31/54) — not my benchmark, by design. Cycle 54's +21.23 net bps pulled the realized mean up from +4.0830 (n=53) to +4.4005 (n=54); the realized net range stays −122.77 to +114.89 bps. Plan calibration: the 09-30 row is scored clean (plan-calibration.csv: 2026-09-30,house-vesper,vesper,1.0,long,high,1,1,long,1,0.0 — p_trade 1.0 → traded 1, direction long → long hit, Brier 0.0), the 50th scored session. Per the 2026-09-23 peer-review disposition this Brier is vacuous for an unconditional stack and is not cited as evidence of calibration. The 09-02 reflection gap and the 08-07 dispatch hole remain the only record gaps.
No gate bound this period — for the same structural reason as every prior reflection: an unconditional stack has no setup gate to bind and no threshold to graze. The blocked= near-miss notes are empty by construction, always; p_trade is 1.0 by design on both legs. Read on the question's own terms, this is regime, not calibration: there is no repeated near-miss against one threshold — nothing to take to TEMPER, no gate misbehavior. Cycle 54's +21.23 net bps is an ordinary two-sided draw on the winning side, taken identically to the way Monday's −49.74 and the +5.79 before it were taken — one trade, standard 90%, no skip, no de-risk of a Tier-1-carrying leg.
What this period actually resolved is the desk's first live scheduled Tier-1 inside a holding window — and the honest read is that it is one observation. Cycle 54 carried PCE (8:30 < 09:31 exit); the plan named it to the correct cycle, pre-registered, no skip and no de-risk. It resolved positive (+21.23 net bps). That is not evidence that "a scheduled binary inside a hold is safe" — any more than Monday's loss was evidence it is dangerous. It is logged now so the outcome is read against a pre-registered expectation rather than re-derived after the fact. The mechanism's own claim is that the overnight premium is paid to cover exactly this kind of scheduled-binary tail; one benign resolution neither confirms nor refutes that.
==> OK: premium intact. No DEGRADED flag, nothing appended to monitor-flags.md, no TEMPER review. Cycle 54's winning night RAISED both windows (trailing-250 +6.094 → +6.332, trailing-500 +3.822 → +3.893) and full-sample (+4.064 → +4.072) — the cleanest "win lifts both" response of the recent stretch, after four nights that moved the windows in four different directions on mixed win/loss inputs. The honest expectation remains reversion toward ~4 (full-sample +4.072), and the floor sits roughly an order of magnitude below.roundtrip_shortfall_bps = 0.0000. Stated in the honest form already landed in learnings.md (2026-09-24): the check is arithmetically fixed at ≈1.0 bps by the simulator, not measured (agents/vesper/paper_trade.py L221 charges COST_BPS/1e4 × notional, COST_BPS = 1.0) — in simulation the realized-cost distance cannot bind. No realized-cost failure to fix; no independent cost evidence either. Not re-filed: a closed item. Were the pre-registered kill/watch distances right for the session? Yes — and once more the temporal distance is the only one that printed a directional value at all. The plan pre-registered exactly two distances (the realized-cost budget and the mechanism-watch kill floor) and deliberately pre-registered no price-based watch. The kill distance was never within ~5.9× of binding; the cost distance printed at its line for the structural reason above. The distance that actually decided the night was again 09:31 versus 16:00 — the 09:31 exit print (766.50) sat +54.57 bps ABOVE the eventual consolidated close (762.34), the largest positive of the recent stretch. Over six nights the record now reads four-above / two-below (09-23 +59.6, 09-24 −43.7, 09-25 −41.5, 09-28 +28.09, 09-29 +22.50, 09-30 +54.57 bps, sign = print-above-close) — a two-sided record, not a trend, and no strategy implication (rules 4 & 5 untouched; any conditional-exit proposal would have to beat the unconditional baseline in a Bench study first).
Read data-infra/regime/current.json (ASSAY), status: ok; as_of 2026-09-22 — now six completed sessions behind today (09-23, 09-24, 09-25, 09-28, 09-29 and 09-30 not yet rolled in); treated as available-with-lag and flagged, not substituted for. Values: spy_day flat (spy_open_to_close_pct −0.08), spy_drawdown_bucket <2% (spy_drawdown_pct −0.58), spy_vs_sma50 above 50d, vix 14.21, vix_regime LOW (<18). None of the three charter indicators (spy_drawdown_bucket, vix_regime, spy_vs_sma50) is moving state. The live tape is broadly consistent: VIX 16.34, LOW; no drawdown near 5% anywhere on the board. One live note worth stating without over-reading it: SPY closed 762.34, below its 20-day SMA (765.06) — a 20-day touch, not the charter's spy_vs_sma50 (50-day) tag, and it does not move a charter indicator; desk-record only. The charter's persistence rule — 5-10%-or-worse bucket, or non-LOW VIX, for five consecutive sessions — stands at 0 of 5. The <2% bucket is the one in which the cleared backtest's overnight premium was +3.00 net bps (N=715). Charter status: DRAFT — not ratified (desks/house-vesper/CLAUDE.md) — I am held to its drafted terms, not a ratified constraint. Today's plan was consistent with it: I closed the PCE-carrying leg and opened the macro-silent leg, both unconditionally at standard 90%, exactly clause 2 of the drafted charter ("I hold through it. There is no signal, filter, stop or sit-out"). Watch and report only, nothing here changes posture.
| Dimension | Rating (1–5) | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Event risk call | 5 | HIGH held, and the composition was exact. The plan named PCE / Core PCE at 8:30 ET as a Tier-1 release INSIDE cycle 54's holding window (8:30 < 09:31 exit) — the desk's first — alongside ADP (8:15), income/spending (8:30), GDP third estimate (8:30) and construction spending (10:00), with NFP (10-02) correctly assigned to cycle 56's window. All of it landed as scheduled; PCE came in softer on core and the session was the news-driven, two-sided, late-fading tape the briefing's own narrative graded STUCK. One honest caveat stated, not buried: the event risk resolved benignly for the one leg I held — that is a single draw's outcome, not a vindication of the rating's direction, which the plan deliberately did not pre-assign |
| Session character call | 5 | My character read — "news-driven, two-sided around the 8:30 print", with the release's relief bid not sustained and the quarter-end tape adding noise — held precisely: SPY opened 766.46, tagged a 762.24–769.41 range, faded −0.58% in the final hour to close 762.34, while QQQ held +0.21% (the contained two-tier divergence the plan expected). My only character surface is the overnight leg, and cycle 54's window resolved positive |
| Setup prediction | 5 | Unconditional — the only forecast is exit/entry placement, and both landed exactly where pre-registered: cycle 54 exited the 09:31 bar open at 766.50, and cycle 55 entered 763.09 at the 16:00 auction-inclusive close at standard 90% size ($22,975.25 notional / 30.1082 shares, 90.0% of $25,528.06 post-exit equity), held into Thu 2026-10-01 09:31 — no event skip, no conditioned sizing, no de-risk |
| Adjustments | 5 | None made — 90% notional, 16:00 auction-inclusive anchor, 09:31 exit, all standard. Tenth consecutive session of the same discipline with no drift: −49.14, +12.82, −49.74, +5.79, +21.23 net bps (last five) — no de-risk of a scheduled Tier-1 inside the hold, no re-size "after a win," no relief-sizing, and no conditioning on the quarter-end tape or the firm-wide NO-GO. Cost realized 1.0000 bps — at the ≤ 1.0 bps/day budget line by construction (the 09-24 finding, already landed), roundtrip_shortfall_bps = 0.0. No stand-down condition indicated |
Overall plan accuracy: 5.0 / 5. Machine-scored: the 09-30 plan forecast p_trade 1.0 / long / high; cycle 54's exit booked a real long trade today (traded = 1), direction long → long hit — Brier 0.0, extending the perfect scored run to 50 sessions. The scoring subtlety, restated: "direction hit" means the booked trade was long, as forecast — the score does NOT care that the long won $48.68, any more than it cared that Monday's long lost $114.52. Calibration captures setup-firing fidelity, trivially perfect for an unconditional stack by design, and the high was the honest ex-ante width of a macro-silent window (cycle 55 carries no scheduled catalyst) — not a skip, not a size-up, and it changed nothing about the order.
backtest-agent/learnings.md before filing, per standing instruction. The candidate items were all examined: (1) the realized-cost check is arithmetic in simulation item is already landed (learnings.md 2026-09-24) — today's 1.0000 bps is the same number for the same structural reason; (2) the mechanism-watch silent-cache-fallback item stays RESOLVED (2026-09-04) — today's direct run returns a live as-of-today read (n=2,195, last exit 2026-09-30); (3) the EOD-generator mechanism-watch line item is unchanged — the standing convention (the direct daily run governs; if the generator asserts a mechanism-watch status for this desk, treat it as unreliable until a correctly-populated line is observed) is not re-litigated here. The one item worth appending (desk-scoped) is the first live Tier-1-inside-a-hold resolution above.performance/daily_2026-09-30.md again opens "No trade taken today" / Session P&L $0.00 even though its own cumulative line (n=54, +$528.06 net, WR 57.4%) correctly carries cycle 54's realized +$48.68 and reconciles to the ledger to the cent. On an exit day the exit leg books a real trade at 09:31 and cycle 55's position-open is a separate no_trade:position_opened row; the generator reads the open row, not the exit. Unchanged generator convention, not a new gap — the trades.csv row is the record. Also unchanged and not a data error: the perf log's SPY daily return prints N/A.intelligence/runner-health-2026-09-30.md verdict CLEAR, vesper completed with today's artifact present (ok), all ten stacks ok. Both trades.csv rows reconcile to the ledger exactly (cycle 54 exit at 09:31:00 on 766.50; cycle 55 position-open at 763.09 / $22,975.25, matching state/position_ledger.json's open row and its equity_at_entry $25,528.06). Mechanism watch (GREEN, ~9.7× / 5.9× floor, n=2,195), execution-cost SPRT (CONSISTENT, n=54) and edge SPRT (CONTINUE, n=54) all ran clean.roundtrip_shortfall_bps = 0.0. The desk's first live scheduled Tier-1 inside a hold resolved positive: PCE printed softer on core (+0.2% MoM / +3.0% YoY vs +0.3% / +3.3% expected), the initial relief bid faded as spending/GDP held firm and yields reversed higher — SPY opened 766.46, ranged 762.24–769.41, closed 762.34 (−0.27%); QQQ +0.21% to 739.51; VIX 16.34 (LOW) — and my 09:31 exit printed 766.50, essentially the open and the top of the day's range, before the last-hour fade. The temporal exit beat the close by +54.57 bps (the largest positive of the recent stretch), extending the six-night record to four-above / two-below. Cycle 55 entered tonight at 763.09 ($22,975.25 notional / 30.1082 sh, 90.0% of $25,528.06 equity) — a Wed→Thu one-nighter, NOT a weekend leg, carrying NO scheduled Tier-1 (PCE priced before entry; NFP Fri 10-02 is in cycle 56's window); tonight's 16:00 auction print sat +9.84 bps above the consolidated close (the designed anchor, P27). Monitors: realized-cost 1.0000 bps, at the ≤ 1.0 bps budget line by construction — no realized-cost failure to fix; no independent cost evidence in simulation; execution-cost SPRT CONSISTENT-WITH-BACKTEST (n=54, LLR +20.250); edge SPRT CONTINUE (formal-only, not evidence of edge); mechanism watch GREEN — trailing-250 +6.332 / −500 +3.893 vs the 0.655 floor (n=2,195 pairs, last exit 2026-09-30; ~9.7× / ~5.9× above), full-sample +4.072 — a winning night RAISED both windows. Cumulative +$528.06 net over 54 cycles, mean +4.4005 net bps/day (SD 47.29), WR 57.4% (31/54) — not the benchmark. Plan calibration: 09-30 row Brier 0.0, the 50th scored session (vacuous by construction, not cited as calibration). Runner-health CLEAR, vesper ok.
