Briefing reference: /Users/dadbot/Desktop/ClaudeBod/projects/dadbrain/Analysis/briefings/2026-09-29-pm.md PM: VESPER — the evening star, the first light after the close.
Read data-infra/regime/current.json (ASSAY), status: ok, as_of 2026-09-22 — now four completed sessions behind today (file mtime 2026-09-23 21:25 ET: the 09-23, 09-24, 09-25 and 09-28 sessions have not rolled in). Treated as available-with-lag and flagged, not substituted for. Values: spy_day flat (spy_open_to_close_pct −0.08), spy_drawdown_bucket <2% (spy_drawdown_pct −0.58), spy_vs_sma50 above 50d, vix 14.21, vix_regime LOW (<18)**.
spy_drawdown_bucket <2%, vix_regime LOW, spy_vs_sma50 above — unchanged from the last read. The live tape agrees (briefing): SPY prior close 765.49, still above SMA20 765.15; VIX 16.04 (LOW <18); and Monday's −0.76% day leaves the S&P ~1% off its high — nowhere near a 5% drawdown. (I cannot compute the live drawdown % myself: data/market_data/SPY_daily_sip.parquet ends 2024-12-31, so the file's <2% is cited as-is with its lag and the live proxy is SPY-above-SMA20 plus the EOD's ATH distance.)## Regime Charter: consistent. The charter's own persistence rule — drawdown bucket 5-10% or worse, or non-LOW VIX, for five consecutive sessions — stands at 0 of 5; today is nothing of 5 (VIX 16.04 is LOW, and the prior day's 16.07 LOW print never rolled the counter). The <2% bucket is the one in which the cleared backtest's overnight premium was +3.00 net bps (N=715). Nothing here proposes a recalibration, a sit-out or a new mechanism.DRAFT — not ratified (desks/house-vesper/CLAUDE.md). I am held to its drafted terms, not a ratified constraint, and no regime signal changes posture here by itself. Today's plan tracks drafted clauses 2 and 5 exactly: I hold through, and I watch and report only.backtest_2026-07-12_daily.csv, N=1,759): worst historical overnight gap = 2020-03-13 → 2020-03-16, gross −1,102.97 bps, which at 0.90 notional is −9.93% of equity in one night; next worst −700.44 (2020-03-06→09), −649.69 (2020-03-11→12), −532.39 (2020-03-17→18), −410.50 (2024-08-02→05, the yen-carry unwind). The 90% size remains a default, not a figure derived from that tail — flagged for TEMPER/ZEUS, unchanged today. The weekend-slice finding (three of the five worst nights, incl. the single worst, are Fri→Mon holds) is not in play tonight: cycle 54 is an ordinary Tue→Wed one-nighter, not a weekend leg.Forecast: p_trade 1.0, direction long, conviction med.
Cycle state — the load-bearing detail: this morning resolves an ordinary one-nighter, and tonight opens the PCE-carrying leg. Cycle 53 — the Monday 2026-09-28 16:00 entry at the auction-inclusive anchor 765.58 (29.9374 shares, $22,919.49 notional, 90.0% of $25,466.10 equity) — exits at today's 09:31 bar open. That is a real long trade booked today, which is why p_trade is 1.0 and not a judgment call. Then at 15:50 ET I submit the MOC buy for cycle 54 at today's 16:00 auction-inclusive close, 90% of post-exit equity, held into Wed 2026-09-30 09:31 — and tomorrow's PCE (Wed 08:30 ET) falls inside that window (08:30 < 09:31 exit). This is the leg the event-risk note below is about.
The PCE adjustment, stated precisely. Cycle 54 carries the PCE release. Because the exit anchor is 09:31 and the print is 08:30, the position is live through the release and markets its verdict into my exit print. The adjustment is: none — and that is the deliberate call, not an omission. VESPER has no signal gate, no event filter and no skip logic; the overnight hold is taken every session, and the cleared Phase-2 sample held every FOMC, CPI, NFP, PCE, expiry, rebalance and weekend night by construction (strategy_v2.md §Entry Rules 5 — an event-calendar skip was considered and rejected). Conditioning a PCE night — skipping it, shortening it, or sizing it down — would have to first beat the unconditional baseline in a WS9 Bench study without destroying the ~250 obs/yr validation velocity, and none exists. So cycle 54 is taken at standard 90%, exactly like every other night, and the PCE-carry is owned rather than dodged: a scheduled binary carried overnight is precisely the tail the overnight premium is paid to cover.
On conviction — med — stated so it cannot be misread as a skip or a de-risk. p_trade is 1.0 by construction on both legs (the hold is unconditional). The med is not doubt that the trade happens and it is not permission to size down: it is the honest ex-ante discount on the width of tonight's two-sided tail. med is the populated-night convention this desk has used every time the complement of the trading day was genuinely populated — 09-11, 09-14/15/16 (CPI carry and FOMC sequence), 09-22, 09-23, 09-24, 09-25 — and tonight qualifies on the clearest version of that test yet: a scheduled Tier-1 (PCE) falls inside the hold window, on top of the still-live Hormuz channel. Every macro-silent night has been high; tonight is not one. A 16.04 VIX and a PCE-trained tail are what a wider tail looks like — a wider tail is what the premium is paid for, not something to hedge by fiat.
Cycle 53's resolution belongs to this morning and is an ordinary draw, read against the pooled mean — not the weekend slice. It carries only a single overnight (Mon 16:00 → Tue 09:31), no weekend, no scheduled Tier-1. My mean over 52 completed cycles is +4.0501 net bps/day (SD ≈48.0, SE ≈6.66 → ~0.14 SE above the 3.151 replication anchor) with a realized net range of −122.77 to +114.89 bps and a win rate of 55.8% (29/52) — not my benchmark, by design. Last cycle: 52 (Fri 09-25 16:00 entry 771.40 → Mon 09-28 09:31 exit 767.64) −$112.22 gross / −$114.52 net (−48.7425 / −49.7425 bps), a LOSS — the weekend hold resolving on the rejection branch of the Hormuz call, the 7th-worst of 52 cycles. One draw, logged, not a finding.
Monitors check (direct run — agents/vesper/mechanism_watch.py, live for this plan, 2026-09-29):
==> OK: premium intact. No DEGRADED flag, nothing appended to monitor-flags.md, no TEMPER review. Windows are numerically where the 09-28 reflection left them (cycle 53's exit rolls in at today's 16:30 ET refresh). Stated so the read is not over-read: these are window rolls as much as readings — Monday's −48.74 gross night lowered all three statistics (t250 +6.358 → +6.022, t500 +4.074 → +3.840, full +4.086 → +4.062) — and +6.022 is not \"the premium\": the honest expectation is reversion toward ~4 bps/day, and either window could fall back toward it without the mechanism being impaired. The floor sits roughly an order of magnitude below.flagged: []). Simulation only — fills price at the anchors, so shortfall ≡ 0; decision-relevant only against real broker fills. Cycle 53's exit rolls in at today's 16:30.paper_trade.py L221 charges COST_BPS/1e4 × notional, COST_BPS = 1.0), roundtrip_shortfall_bps ≡ 0.0000. No realized-cost failure to fix — and no independent cost evidence in simulation. Item already landed in learnings.md (2026-09-24); not re-filed.intelligence/plan-calibration.csv, every row p_trade 1.0 / long); today is the 49th. Per the 2026-09-23 peer review (House Slack and Reversal, independently), that perfect Brier is vacuous for an unconditional stack — p_trade is 1.0 by construction, so the desk cannot miss. It is not cited here as evidence of calibration or skill. The scored-session count is the only information in it.Runner check (starvation watch — done, and clear). agents/vesper/performance/daily_2026-09-28.md is present, and intelligence/runner-health-2026-09-28.md lists vesper: completed / daily artifact present / ok — so the 300s-budget starvation pattern has NOT recurred. Both 09-28 rows in trades.csv reconcile to the ledger to the cent (cycle 52 exit at 09:31:00 on 767.64; cycle 53 position-open at 765.58 / $22,919.49, matching state/position_ledger.json's open row and its equity_at_entry $25,466.10). Today's run-trades has not yet fired (~13:30 PT; no runner-health-2026-09-29.md exists yet) — expected.
Continuity note for the desk record: 52 completed cycles, cumulative net +$466.10 (gross +$584.60, commissions $118.49), mean +4.0501 net bps/day, WR 55.8% (29/52) — not my benchmark. Last six cycle nets (net bps): +55.54, +10.12, −14.32, −49.14, +12.82, −49.74. Cycle 53 exits 09:31 ET this morning (entry 765.58); cycle 54 enters tonight at standard 90% into the PCE-carrying one-nighter (exit Wed 09-30 09:31). The 08-07 dispatch hole and the 09-02 reflection gap remain the only record gaps.
Invalidation: None structural. An unconditional strategy has no invalidation condition by design. The kill discipline is the mechanism watch on market data (trailing-250 and trailing-500 < 0.655 bps/day gross → TEMPER review), checked daily, not resolvable intra-session, and not conditional on Hormuz, the White House, oil, the Fed, the 10-year, PCE or the gap. Tonight's cycle 54 has no skip trigger by design (rules 4 & 5) — it carries today's close through the PCE release regardless. If the 09:31 open gaps against cycle 53, I take and log it; that is the price of the premium. A 2022-regime drawdown (≈ −11.4% on equity at 0.9 notional) is within tolerance and is not a kill signal; the −26.5% COVID drawdown (2020-02-12 → 2020-03-23, 8-month recovery) is inside the validated sample; the worst single night in that sample cost −9.93% of equity at today's 90% (a Fri→Mon hold). The only stand-downs are force-majeure (closing-auction failure, account/regulatory constraint, exchange halt) — none indicated.
What I am watching: (1) Cycle 53's 09:31 exit print vs entry 765.58 — an ordinary one-nighter; either branch is one observation. (2) Tonight's 16:00 auction print for cycle 54 — the anchor itself; entered at standard 90% of post-exit equity unconditionally. The only mechanical risk is a failed or erratic closing auction (a force-majeure stand-down class, not the price). (3) The mechanism watch — trailing-250 +6.022 / trailing-500 +3.840 vs 0.655, the only number that can ever stop this desk, against a standing expectation of reversion toward ~4. (4) The PCE clock — named explicitly so the Tier-1 is assigned to the correct cycle: PCE (Wed 08:30 ET) is inside cycle 54's window (exits Wed 09:31); cycle 53 (this morning) carries nothing scheduled. After 09:31, flat and idle until 15:50 — doing exactly nothing, which is the discipline.

Plan reference: desks/house-vesper/plans/2026-09-29-plan.md EOD briefing: dadbrain/Analysis/briefings/2026-09-29-eod.md PM: VESPER — the evening star, the first light after the close.
One desk, one member, one unconditional overnight stack. Single-session window since the 09-28 filing — a two-leg day: the ordinary one-nighter resolved, the PCE-carrying leg opened.
Cycle 53 — the Mon 09-28 16:00 entry — exited this morning and resolved as a WIN. Entered at the auction-inclusive anchor 765.58 (29.9374 shares, $22,919.49 notional, 90.0% of $25,466.10 equity), exited at today's 09:31 bar open print 766.10: gross +$15.57 (+6.7922 gross bps), commission $2.29, net +$13.28 (+5.7922 net bps). It is the 27th-best of the 53 completed cycles — dead median (26 cycles better, 26 worse), and it reverses the previous cycle's loss cleanly: the realized net range stays −122.77 to +114.89 bps.
The tape resolved against Monday's losing branch. Monday's weekend hold (cycle 52) lost on the rejected Iran/Hormuz proposal; today the geopolitical premium eased — Saudi exports resumed through the East-West pipeline and US-Iran mediated contacts restarted — oil retreated rather than extending the prior-session surge, and the tape was ranging / mildly lower, not a directional break: SPY opened 766.85, printed a 762.35–766.85 range, closed 764.38 (−0.15% vs Monday's 765.49; −0.32% vs open); QQQ closed 737.96 (+0.19%), the contained tech-versus-broad divergence persisted; VIX 16.04 (−0.03), still LOW (<18). The day's own releases were soft — Consumer Confidence 81.9, the lowest since April 2014, and JOLTS 7.079M — but they landed after my 09:31 exit and could not touch a position that no longer existed (the plan said exactly this).
Cycle 54 then opened at tonight's 16:00 anchor — and this one carries a scheduled Tier-1. Entry 764.80 at the 16:00 auction-inclusive SIP print, 29.9836 shares, $22,931.44 notional (90.0% of post-exit equity $25,479.38), held into Wed 2026-09-30 09:31 — an ordinary Tue→Wed one-nighter, not a weekend leg. Tomorrow's PCE (Wed 08:30 ET) falls inside this window (08:30 < 09:31 exit): the first scheduled Tier-1 in several sessions to sit inside a VESPER hold. Taken at standard 90%, unconditionally (rules 4 & 5) — no event skip, no conditioned sizing, no de-risk.
Anchor coherence, filed so it is not re-derived as a discrepancy: tonight's 16:00 auction-inclusive print (764.80) sits +5.49 bps ABOVE the EOD's consolidated SPY close (764.38) — the same positive-sign class as 09-25 (+0.648) and 09-28 (+1.176), opposite the 09-23 (−3.907) and 09-24 (−2.607) prints. That is the designed anchor (P27): the auction-inclusive 16:00 SIP bar is what I trade, not the reported consolidated close. The auction printed clean; the only stand-down class (a failed or erratic closing auction) did not occur.
Continuity for the desk record: 53 completed cycles, cumulative net +$479.38 (gross +$600.17, commissions $120.78), mean +4.0830 net bps/day vs the 3.151 replication anchor (SD 47.68), win rate 56.6% (30/53) — not my benchmark, by design. Cycle 53's +5.79 net bps pulled the realized mean marginally up, from +4.0501 (n=52) to +4.0830 (n=53), after Monday's −49.74 knifed it down by −1.05. Plan calibration: the 09-29 row is scored clean (plan-calibration.csv: 2026-09-29,house-vesper,vesper,1.0,long,med,1,1,long,1,0.0 — p_trade 1.0 → traded 1, direction long → long hit, Brier 0.0), the 49th scored session. Per the 2026-09-23 peer-review disposition this Brier is vacuous for an unconditional stack and is not cited as evidence of calibration; the scored-session count is the only information in it. The 09-02 reflection gap and the 08-07 dispatch hole remain the only record gaps.
No gate bound this period in the terms the question defines — regime or calibration — for the same structural reason as every prior reflection: an unconditional stack has no setup gate to bind and no threshold to graze. The blocked= near-miss notes are empty by construction, always; p_trade is 1.0 by design on both legs. Cycle 53's +5.79 net bps is an ordinary two-sided draw on the winning side, taken identically to the way cycle 52's −49.74 and cycle 51's +12.82 were taken — one trade, standard 90%, no skip, no de-risk of a PCE-carrying leg, no conditioning on the still-live Hormuz channel. This period's one genuinely new measured value is that the PCE-carrying leg is now live: for the first time in the desk's recent stretch, a scheduled Tier-1 sits inside an open holding window — and the desk took it at standard size, which is the designed answer, not a gate.
==> OK: premium intact. No DEGRADED flag, nothing appended to monitor-flags.md, no TEMPER review. And again the window response was non-obvious: a winning night raised trailing-250 (+6.022 → +6.094, +0.072) while lowering trailing-500 (+3.840 → +3.822, −0.018) — the mirror of 09-24 (a loss raised trailing-250), 09-25 (a win barely moved them) and 09-28 (a loss lowered all three). Four consecutive nights, four different directions of movement on mixed win/loss inputs: the trailing windows are window rolls as much as readings. The margin stays roughly an order of magnitude clear of the floor, and the honest expectation is still reversion toward ~4 (full-sample +4.064).roundtrip_shortfall_bps = 0.0000. Stated in the honest form accepted on 09-24 and already landed in learnings.md (2026-09-24, type: monitoring): the check is arithmetically fixed at ≈1.0 bps by the simulator, not measured (agents/vesper/paper_trade.py L221 charges COST_BPS/1e4 × notional, COST_BPS = 1.0) — in simulation the realized-cost distance cannot bind. Decision-relevant only against real broker fills. No realized-cost failure to fix; no independent cost evidence either. Not re-filed: a closed item. Were the pre-registered kill/watch distances right for the session? Yes — and once more the temporal distance is the only one that printed a directional value at all. The plan pre-registered exactly two distances (the realized-cost budget and the mechanism-watch kill floor) and deliberately pre-registered no price-based watch. The kill distance was never within ~5.8× of binding; the cost distance printed at its line for the structural reason above. The distance that actually decided the night was again 09:31 versus 16:00 — the 09:31 exit print (766.10) sat +22.50 bps ABOVE the eventual consolidated close (764.38) — the second consecutive night the clock beat the close (09-28 was +28.09 bps). Over 53 cycles the temporal distance remains the only one that has ever decided anything, and the last five nights now read three-above / two-below — a two-sided record, not a trend.
Read data-infra/regime/current.json (ASSAY), status: ok; as_of 2026-09-22 — now five completed sessions behind today (09-23, 09-24, 09-25, 09-28 and 09-29 not yet rolled in); treated as available-with-lag and flagged, not substituted for. Values: spy_day flat (spy_open_to_close_pct −0.08), spy_drawdown_bucket <2% (spy_drawdown_pct −0.58), spy_vs_sma50 above 50d, vix 14.21, vix_regime LOW (<18). None of the three charter indicators (spy_drawdown_bucket, vix_regime, spy_vs_sma50) is moving state. The live tape is broadly consistent: VIX 16.04, LOW; no drawdown near 5% anywhere on the board. One live note worth stating without over-reading it: SPY closed 764.38, just below its 20-day SMA (765.02) — the first session in this stretch it has done so (Monday it closed above at 765.15). That is a 20-day touch, not the charter's spy_vs_sma50 (50-day) tag, and does not move a charter indicator; flagged for the desk record only. The charter's persistence rule — 5-10%-or-worse bucket, or non-LOW VIX, for five consecutive sessions — stands at 0 of 5. The <2% bucket is the one in which the cleared backtest's overnight premium was +3.00 net bps (N=715). Charter status: DRAFT — not ratified (desks/house-vesper/CLAUDE.md) — I am held to its drafted terms, not a ratified constraint. Today's plan was consistent with it: I closed the ordinary one-nighter and opened the PCE-carrying leg unconditionally at standard 90%, exactly clause 2 of the drafted charter ("I hold through it. There is no signal, filter, stop or sit-out"). Watch and report only, nothing here changes posture.
| Dimension | Rating (1–5) | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Event risk call | 4 | HIGH held, with one honest deduction. The plan correctly named the composition: no Tier-1 today, the two 10:00 ET releases (Consumer Confidence, JOLTS) as MEDIUM, and the still-live US-Iran/Hormuz → oil → yields channel — with tomorrow's PCE (09-30, 1 day) and NFP (10-02, 3 days) as the next Tier-1s. What actually happened matched the calendar part exactly (both 10:00 prints landed soft — Consumer Confidence 81.9, lowest since Apr 2014; JOLTS 7.079M), and the two scheduled items were confirmed subordinate to the day's price action. The deduction: the rating's headline component resolved in the easing direction (Saudi export resumption + US-Iran mediation), and the session came in quieter than a HIGH rating implies (SPY true range 4.50 = 0.65× ATR; VIX 16.04 flat). The plan did not pre-assign polarity, so this is not a falsified call — but HIGH was, in hindsight, one notch generous for a session that resolved to a contained range; PCE is the next window, and the plan said so |
| Session character call | 5 | My character read — "news-driven and mixed — direction explicitly unassigned" — held. The EOD's own morning-narrative grade is STUCK (refusal to pre-assign polarity vindicated), and the session behaved as a contained, two-tier, mildly-lower tape: SPY −0.15% to 764.38, QQQ +0.19% (the contained divergence the plan expected, not a polarity miss), ranges below one ATR, VIX unchanged in the LOW bucket. My only character surface is the overnight leg, and cycle 53's window — a macro-silent one-nighter — resolved positive |
| Setup prediction | 5 | Unconditional — the only forecast is exit/entry placement, and both landed exactly where pre-registered: cycle 53 exited the 09:31 bar open at 766.10, and cycle 54 entered 764.80 at the 16:00 auction-inclusive close at standard 90% size ($22,931.44 notional / 29.9836 shares), held into Wed 2026-09-30 09:31 — no event skip, no conditioned sizing, no de-risk of the PCE-carrying leg |
| Adjustments | 5 | None made — 90% notional, 16:00 auction-inclusive anchor, 09:31 exit, all standard. Ninth consecutive session of the same discipline with no drift: −49.14, +12.82, −49.74, +5.79 net bps (last four) and the stretch before it — no de-risk of a scheduled Tier-1 inside the hold, no re-size "after a win," no relief-sizing after Monday's loss, and no conditioning on the Hormuz channel. Cost realized 1.0000 bps — at the ≤ 1.0 bps/day budget line by construction (the 09-24 finding, already landed), roundtrip_shortfall_bps = 0.0. No stand-down condition indicated |
Overall plan accuracy: 4.75 / 5. Machine-scored: the 09-29 plan forecast p_trade 1.0 / long / med; cycle 53's exit booked a real long trade today (traded = 1), direction long → long hit — Brier 0.0, extending the perfect scored run to 49 sessions. The scoring subtlety, restated: "direction hit" means the booked trade was long, as forecast — the score does NOT care that the long won $13.28, any more than it cared that Monday's long lost $114.52. Calibration captures setup-firing fidelity, trivially perfect for an unconditional stack by design, and the med was again the honest ex-ante width of a populated two-sided tail (a scheduled Tier-1 inside the window) — not a skip, not a size-down, and it changed nothing about the order.
backtest-agent/learnings.md before filing, per standing instruction. The candidate items were all examined: (1) the realized-cost check is arithmetic in simulation item is already landed (learnings.md 2026-09-24) — today's 1.0000 bps is the same number for the same structural reason; re-filing would re-file a filed item. (2) The mechanism-watch silent-cache-fallback item stays RESOLVED (2026-09-04) — today's direct run returns a live as-of-today read (n=2,194, last exit 2026-09-29). (3) The EOD-generator mechanism-watch line item is unchanged — the standing convention (the direct daily run governs; if the generator asserts a mechanism-watch status for this desk, treat it as unreliable until a correctly-populated line is observed) is not re-litigated here. Nothing new to flag for learnings.md this period beyond the desk-record data above.performance/daily_2026-09-29.md again opens "No trade taken today" / Session P&L $0.00 even though its own cumulative line (n=53, +$479.38 net, WR 56.6%) correctly carries cycle 53's realized +$13.28 and reconciles to the ledger to the cent. On an exit day the exit leg books a real trade at 09:31 and cycle 54's position-open is a separate no_trade:position_opened row; the generator reads the open row, not the exit. Unchanged generator convention, not a new gap — the trades.csv row is the record. Also unchanged and not a data error: the perf log's SPY daily return prints N/A.runner-health-2026-09-29.md verdict CLEAR, vesper completed with today's artifact present (ok). Both trades.csv rows reconcile to the ledger exactly (cycle 53 exit at 09:31:00 on 766.10; cycle 54 position-open at 764.80 / $22,931.44, matching state/position_ledger.json's open row and its equity_at_entry $25,479.38). Mechanism watch (GREEN, ~9.3× / 5.8× floor, n=2,194), execution-cost SPRT (CONSISTENT, n=53) and edge SPRT (CONTINUE, n=53) all ran clean. All ten desks' stacks returned ok today — no failure or timeout anywhere in the runner-health table.roundtrip_shortfall_bps = 0.0. The tape reversed Monday's losing branch: the geopolitical premium eased (Saudi exports resumed, US-Iran mediation), SPY −0.15% to 764.38, QQQ +0.19%, VIX 16.04 (LOW), session ranging / mildly lower, two-tier; the day's soft 10:00 prints (Consumer Confidence 81.9 — lowest since Apr 2014; JOLTS 7.079M) landed after my exit and could not touch a flat book. The temporal exit beat the close for a second straight night: the 09:31 print (766.10) sat +22.50 bps ABOVE the eventual close (764.38), extending the five-night record to three-above / two-below. Cycle 54 entered tonight at 764.80 ($22,931.44 notional / 29.9836 sh, 90.0% of $25,479.38 equity) — a Tue→Wed one-nighter, NOT a weekend leg, and it carries TOMORROW's PCE (Wed 08:30 ET) INSIDE its window (08:30 < 09:31 exit — the first scheduled Tier-1 inside a VESPER hold); tonight's 16:00 auction print sat +5.49 bps above the consolidated close (the designed anchor, P27). Monitors: realized-cost 1.0000 bps, at the ≤ 1.0 bps budget line by construction — no realized-cost failure to fix; no independent cost evidence in simulation; execution-cost SPRT CONSISTENT-WITH-BACKTEST (n=53, LLR +19.875); edge SPRT CONTINUE (formal-only, not evidence of edge); mechanism watch GREEN — trailing-250 +6.094 / −500 +3.822 vs the 0.655 floor (n=2,194 pairs, last exit 2026-09-29; ~9.3× / ~5.8× above), full-sample +4.064 — a winning night RAISED trailing-250 while LOWERING trailing-500, the fourth consecutive non-obvious window response. Cumulative +$479.38 net over 53 completed cycles (gross +$600.17, commissions $120.78), mean +4.0830 net bps/day (SD 47.68), WR 56.6% (30/53) — not the benchmark.
