Briefing reference: /Users/dadbot/Desktop/ClaudeBod/projects/dadbrain/Analysis/briefings/2026-09-25-pm.md PM: DELTA (independent read of my own desk — D3 superseded 2026-09-23; this is House Delta's own opinion, not a blend)
data-infra/regime/current.json (read 2026-09-25, status: ok): as_of 2026-09-22 — SPY day flat (open-to-close −0.08%), above 50d, drawdown bucket <2% (−0.58%), VIX 14.21 LOW (<18). The file now lags the live tape by three sessions (09-23 and 09-24 not reflected); not stale enough to write unavailable, but named as behind the tape. Live tape: VIX 15.36 (−0.31 vs prior close 15.67), still LOW (<18) and ~15 points below my 30 hard skip.
Consistency with House Delta's ## Regime Charter (desks/house-delta/CLAUDE.md): consistent — no non-baseline tag active. The charter's header still reads DRAFT — not ratified (a wording correction I flagged in my 09-24 reflection after calling it "ratified" in the 09-24 plan; I am held to it either way). Walking my charter's own indicator list (item 5): spy_drawdown ≥ 5% — no (<2%); vix_regime MID or HIGH — no (LOW); spy_vs_sma50 below 50d — no (regime file: above 50d). Nothing in today's plan changes posture: long-only, intraday, flat by 15:30, one position. Two readings are worth naming precisely, neither a shift: (1) VIX's four-session drift has turned back down — 14.14 → 15.18 → 16.13 (intraday 09-24) → 15.67 close → 15.36 today, so the mild upward move I flagged two sessions ago has eased rather than extended; (2) SPY sits +0.26% above its SMA20 (767.29 vs 765.33) — my charter's actual tag is vs SMA50, and neither the briefing nor the regime file carries a current SMA50 level for SPY, so proximity to that threshold is unmeasured, not "close". The persistence rule needs the same non-baseline tag for 5 consecutive sessions; nothing is anywhere near that. Own-desk charter watches: rolling LONG PF against TEMPER's 1.2 floor — now reading 1.648, i.e. the alert state has flipped OFF, which my 09-24 reflection demonstrated is an instrument artifact (the same fixed trailing-180d window read 0.923 / 1.183 / 1.648 across three sessions; the on/off state is one trade's gross P&L against a fixed loss base) — carried as a TEMPER item, no escalation filed on the OFF print; and per-pair PF (AMD→TSM n=11, WR 45.5%, PF 1.346 — above 1.0 for the first time, no recovery declared). Watch and report only — nothing filed today; a persistent shift becomes a Desk Review proposal (recalibration / sit-out / new-mechanism), never an automatic change.
Call: p_trade 0.22, direction long, conviction low. Setup present as a live measurement, and — stated plainly — for the first time in five sessions the pre-market shape points toward my LONG branch rather than away from it. The chip complex is the tape's pre-market leader (AMD +2.10%, INTC +1.73%, AVGO +1.30%, NVDA +0.45%, per the briefing's verified-today investing.com chip line), the session is the Nasdaq-led leg, and my regime bucket (VIX 15.36, LOW) is my best-backtested one. That is the whole reason my number is up off 0.12. It is a fire-rate read, not a promise — and, for the second session running, I am deliberately not pricing this off the prior session's tape.
The number is anchored to the bucket arithmetic, not the narrative — and I am naming the change in how I got here. intelligence/plan-calibration.csv, my rows, as of today (48 scored days, 9 fires, unconditional realized fire rate 0.1875, mean Brier 0.1427):
| p_trade bucket | scored plan days | fires | realized fire rate |
|---|---|---|---|
| 0.00–0.10 | 12 | 0 | 0.00 |
| 0.12–0.15 | 14 | 4 | 0.286 |
| 0.18–0.25 | 12 | 2 | 0.167 |
| 0.30+ | 10 | 3 | 0.30 |
| all | 48 | 9 | 0.1875 |
The buckets remain non-monotone (N per bucket 10–14), which is itself the standing finding: my narrative buckets do not cleanly separate the fire rate. Yesterday (09-24) I priced 0.12 — my series low — and the engine fired my largest trade of Phase 3 (AMD first-hour +2.56% → TSM LONG, +$406.84), for a Brier 0.7744, my worst of the series and the 6th under-forecast. My own 09-24 reflection named the failure precisely: I let an edge-quality concern (is the clear idiosyncratic or sector beta?) pull the fire-rate probability down, repeating the exact error class my 09-23 peer-review disposition had already separated — and 0.12 contradicted my own plan's bucket table, since 0.12 sits in the 0.12–0.15 bucket whose realized rate is the highest below 0.30. So today I set the number from the dispersion state — VIX bucket, leader leg moving pre-market, session containment — not from the morning driver story. The formal re-anchor to a mechanical dispersion state (trailing intraday ATR vs its own median, VIX bucket, gap off prior close) remains a proposal to TEMPER, not something I apply unilaterally; what I do here is price honestly from the inputs I can name.
Why 0.22, and why not higher or lower. Above the 0.18–0.25 bucket's realized 0.167 and above the unconditional 0.1875: the mechanism's condition is a large first-hour idiosyncratic leader impulse in a LOW-VIX tape, and today's pre-market state supplies both halves for the first time since 09-24 (VIX 15.36 LOW; the leader leg is bid and moving — AMD +2.10% pre-market, on the back of its own +2.28pp leader-versus-SMH idiosyncratic residual clear yesterday). Below the 0.30 bucket's realized 0.30, for three mechanical reasons: (1) my signal is measured off the 09:30 cash open to 09:55, not off the prior close — a leader that gaps up has already partially repriced, so a firm pre-market print can be pre-consumed into a flat first-hour window (the exact mirror of yesterday's gap-down that round-tripped into a positive first-hour read); (2) NVDA — the primary, edge-carrying cell (live 2W/0L, +$264.42) — is only +0.45% pre-market, so the branch most likely to fire today is the secondary AMD→TSM cell, which is the lower-quality leg (n=11, WR 45.5%, PF 1.346 — above 1.0 for the first time, and one of its three recent wins is measured sector beta); and (3) the session base case is contained (~1.0× ATR over four straight sessions), which is not a range-expansion catalyst — it is a Thursday-shaped tape with a fresh chip bid on top.
The p_trade cap committed to on 09-23 is RELEASED — and today's number does not depend on it. My 09-23 disposition (accepted from House Echo and Reversal) held p_trade at ≤ 0.25 until the leader-versus-basket residual was positive; the residual was computed and discharged in the 09-24 reflection (ASSAY cache, engine-fidelity 09:55 read): 09-21 +3.36pp vs SMH (idiosyncratic), 09-22 +0.08pp vs SOXX (beta — both critics were right), 09-24 +2.28pp (idiosyncratic — the outcome my plan had named as its strongest possible evidence, priced at 0.12). The release condition is met on the evidence; the cap no longer binds, and 0.22 is chosen from the bucket/dispersion read, not from the ceiling. Standing withdrawal conditions, stated not armed (they bind the next time I price above 0.25): withdraw to 0.15 or below on any one of — (a) a leader clear while the basket is flat that still fails, (b) a losing trade in a crowded-bid tape, or (c) a non-positive leader-vs-basket residual. Today's 0.22 is below 0.25, so this remains a statement of terms, not a lever in play.
The stand-down argument stays live and provisional, in both directions. The five-week claim that a complex-wide AI-chip bid reprices leader and laggard on one systematic factor and so cannot produce the idiosyncratic design→manufacturer cascade is live again (restored 09-23 after two peer critiques); it is withdrawn only when AMD→TSM shows PF above 1.0 at n ≈ 15+ (now n=11, PF 1.346) and re-confirmed by nothing before that. Yesterday's +2.28pp residual is the first live case against it — one case, recorded, not a refutation. Today's relevant test is the same one: a broad chip bid with a leader-specific impulse would be the confirming shape; a broad bid with the leaders only riding the basket would be the stand-down shape. The residual is the discriminator; the width of the clear is not (at n=13 leader first-hour returns overlap almost completely between wins and losses — the book's widest clear, +4.74%, lost).
Sizing vs. event risk: standard 0.75% single-position risk, unchanged — no parameter adjusted. Event risk MEDIUM is not a hard skip (no Tier-1 today; next is PCE Sep 30), VIX 15.36 is ~15 points below my 30 hard skip, and my hard 15:30 flat + 2.0× ATR(14, 5-min) stop carry zero overnight and zero weekend exposure by rule. That matters directly today: the Iran seven-day Hormuz clock runs across the weekend, and per the briefing a headline landing after the European close cannot be traded today, only gapped through on Monday — structurally outside my holding period, exactly like the 1:00 rig count and the post-close slate. I am not inventing a thin-tape size-down or a headline buffer: the stop and the flat already bound the exposure, and a unilateral parameter move off a morning read is what I told another desk not to do in peer review. Any such amendment goes to TEMPER as an amendment, never a plan-morning tweak.
Session-character fit: neutral-to-favorable — the best fit in five sessions, and still not a trend day. My mechanism does not need a trending session; it needs a large first-hour leader impulse that the laggard has not yet followed. A contained, Nasdaq-led, chip-bid tape with an upward-drifting leader leg supplies more of that than the last four sessions did (a down-bias complex on a rates shock, a flat tape, a two-tier rotation). What it does not supply is the range expansion that makes a +1.5% first-hour clear likely, which is why 0.22 is a measured lift and not a high number.
Key levels (mine only): the only load-bearing number is each leader's first-hour return off the 09:30 cash open, read at 09:55, versus ±1.5% — NVDA ≥ +1.5% → buy ASML at the 10:00 bar open (primary, edge-carrying cell, live 2W/0L); AMD ≥ +1.5% → buy TSM at the 10:00 bar open (secondary; n=11, WR 45.5%, PF 1.346). A leader ≤ −1.5% is the disabled-SHORT branch (ENABLE_SHORT = False) → no trade by rule, not a missed LONG. Index context for gap-framing: SPY 767.29 / SMA20 765.33 / ATR 6.70; QQQ 741.09 / SMA20 719.72 / ATR 9.37.
Documented data gap — checked again, still not filled. Neither firm input carries a verified NVDA / ASML / AMD / TSM price level (the briefing's chip line gives % moves, not levels). I ran the required external check and it again produced no usable number: the only hits were undated, cross-session widget and social quotes (a Yahoo quote page, and an undated social post claiming ASML trading ~$1,768 pre-market +3.1%) — the exact trap the briefing's Reconciliation Notes name. No instrument-level price is adopted for any of my four legs, and all four pair inputs are confirmed live at the cash open. Also carried: the traded-day near-miss logging gap — the non-firing pair's first-hour value is still unrecorded on traded days, so my primary NVDA→ASML cell's proximity today is unmeasured, not distant. (The 09-24 reflection showed it is measurable from the shared cache at engine fidelity, which is why this is a cheap logger fix, not a data problem.)
Invalidation / no-trade reasons (all binding today):
ENABLE_SHORT = False) → no trade by rule; on down tapes this is the ledger's modal outcome (10 of 48 scored sessions no_trade:short_disabled).Watch items (informational only — not entry signals):
Book state (carries forward): cumulative +$566.45 across 13 LONG trades, 7W/6L, WR 53.8%, gross PF 1.648. SPRT n=13, LLR +0.976, CONTINUE (+1.969 to CONSISTENT-WITH-BACKTEST, −3.920 to DEGRADED). NVDA→ASML 2W/0L, +$264.42 — quality cell, trigger unseen since 08-03, blocking value on traded days unmeasured. AMD→TSM n=11, WR 45.5%, PF 1.346 — above 1.0 for the first time, no recovery declared (one of its three recent wins is measured beta; the 09-05 stop-calibration diagnostic read NO and remains pending TEMPER cadence-ratification via the 2026-09 Desk Review). Rolling 6-month PF 1.648 — alert OFF, carried as the demonstrated instrument finding above. SHORT re-enablement: rejected 2026-07-15, live gate stands; governing path (30 LONG trades at PF ≥ 1.5) now at n=13.
Operational item (desk-top, carried): runner-health-2026-09-24 read CLEAR — all ten runners completed, including mine, breaking the six-flag per-agent run-trades streak (09-09, 09-10, 09-15, 09-17, 09-21, 09-22). The ledger-freshness post-run check is still unwired, so that streak ended by luck, not by a fix. My forecast is scored against trades.csv: if the watchdog trips today, no row is produced and my 0.22 is scored against a pipeline absence rather than a tape outcome. A pipeline absence is a REVIEW state — never a strategy stand-down, never a near-miss.
p_trade 0.22, direction long, conviction low. The chip complex is the tape's named pre-market leader (AMD +2.10%, INTC +1.73%, AVGO +1.30%, NVDA +0.45%) and my VIX bucket (15.36 LOW) is my best-backtested regime, so the number is lifted off 0.12 — anchored to the bucket/dispersion read (48 scored days, 9 fires, unconditional 0.1875; 0.12–0.15 bucket realized 0.286), not to the morning narrative, which is the failure I named in my own 09-24 reflection (0.12 → traded → Brier 0.7744, my series worst). Below the 0.30+ bucket's 0.30 because my first-hour read starts at the 09:30 print (a gap-up leader can be pre-consumed into a flat window), NVDA — the primary edge-carrying cell — is only +0.45% pre-market, so the likely firing branch is the secondary AMD→TSM cell, and the session base case is contained (~1.0× ATR four sessions running). The 09-23 p_trade cap of 0.25 is released (the leader-vs-basket residual came back positive: 09-21 +3.36pp, 09-24 +2.28pp, 09-22 +0.08pp = beta); withdrawal conditions stay stated and unarmed below 0.25. Stand-down argument live and provisional, withdrawal at AMD→TSM PF > 1.0 at n ≈ 15+ (now n=11, PF 1.346); residual is the discriminator, the width of the clear is not. Standard 0.75% sizing, no parameter adjusted — the hard 15:30 flat puts the weekend Iran/Hormuz headline clock structurally outside my holding period, and the 1:00 rig count with it. Binding gate = leader first-hour return read at 09:55 vs. ±1.5%; modal no-trade path = leader ≤ −1.5% → disabled-SHORT branch (10 of 48 scored sessions) or a gap-up leader that goes flat at the open. Documented data gap: no verified NVDA/ASML/AMD/TSM price level in either firm input, and the required external check again produced only undated cross-session widget/social quotes (an undated post claims ASML ~$1,768 +3.1% pre-market — not adopted); no instrument-level price adopted, all four legs confirmed live at the cash open.No trades taken.
Cadence rule: Weekly/Friday floor trigger, or same-day-on-trade (WS5 per-desk cadence). Today is a Friday, so the weekly floor fired — but the desk also reflected same-day on 2026-09-24 (a real trade), which means the weekly floor is scoped to a single session this week, not a five-day arc. Period covered: 2026-09-24 (last desk reflection) → 2026-09-25. Scheduled sessions in window: 09-25 (Fri) only.
Single-member desk — the desk reflection is DELTA's own analysis at desk scope; the per-member compatibility file (agents/delta/reflections/daily_2026-09-25.md) is written separately and remains first-person. No cross-member synthesis exists to run (nothing to pool).
Regime watch: data-infra/regime/current.json — status: ok, as_of 2026-09-22 (now lagging the live tape by three sessions: 09-23, 09-24, 09-25 are not reflected): SPY day flat (open-to-close −0.08%), above 50d, drawdown bucket <2% (−0.58%), VIX 14.21 LOW (<18). Live tape from today's EOD: VIX close 14.87 (−0.80 vs prior close 15.67, still LOW), SPY 771.35 (+0.53% vs prior close; +0.34% open-to-close; 0.87× ATR; above SMA20 765.34), QQQ 744.44 (+0.45%; 0.65× ATR; above SMA20 720.88). Not stale enough to write unavailable, but behind the tape and named as such. Walking my charter's own indicator list: spy_drawdown ≥ 5% — no; vix_regime MID/HIGH — no (LOW); spy_vs_sma50 below 50d — no (regime file: above 50d). No charter tag is active. The one indicator that moved is VIX, and it moved down — the three-session drift I flagged on 09-24 (14.14 → 15.18 → 16.13 intraday → 15.67 close) has now reversed through 15.36 (pre-open) to 14.87, i.e. back toward the 14.21 the regime file records. The charter's persistence rule needs the same non-baseline tag for 5 consecutive sessions; nothing is anywhere near it. Watch and report only — nothing filed, no posture change. Charter status: the header still reads DRAFT — not ratified, and today's plan named it that way (the wording error I flagged on 09-24 did not repeat).

The closest pair (AMD→TSM) is 1.34pp short of the up-branch — an 89% miss, not a graze. My plan's 0.22 priced a no-fire → Brier 0.0484, the best number of the 09-21→09-25 stretch. |
Cumulative unchanged at +$566.45 (n=13, WR 53.8%, gross PF 1.648); SPRT LLR +0.976 (CONTINUE; +1.969 from CONSISTENT-WITH-BACKTEST at +2.944, −3.920 from DEGRADED at −2.944) — a no-trade session correctly leaves the sequential monitor untouched. AMD→TSM sub-book: n=11, WR 45.5%, PF 1.346, trigger not fired. NVDA→ASML 2W/0L, +$264.42 — still unseen since 08-03. Rolling 6-month PF: 1.648, alert state OFF (carried as the demonstrated instrument artifact below; no escalation filed).
Binding gate this period: the LONG up-branch — leader first-hour return ≥ +1.5% off the 09:30 cash open, read at 09:55, priced as the union of the two leaders. It bound on 09-25 and the near-miss data says REGIME — decisively, and for the second consecutive no-trade session. Nothing this period is calibration-shaped. The only thing I can fault is my own number, and only mildly: 0.22 was ~0.05 above the realized fire rate of the bucket it sits in. That is the series' first over-forecast.
no_trade:no_signal with AMD→TSM blocked=leader_move val=+0.16% floor=±1.5% leader=AMD and NVDA→ASML blocked=leader_move val=−0.04% floor=±1.5% leader=NVDA. The closest leader on the closest pair is 1.34pp short of +1.5% — 89% of the way short. Neither leader is anywhere near the +1.5% up-branch, and neither is near the −1.5% branch either (NVDA's −0.04% is a rounding-level zero, not a down-graze, so there is not even a short_disabled reading to log). On a session whose SPY true range was 0.87× ATR and whose QQQ was 0.65× ATR, the semis printed exactly the muted, non-directional tape the briefing described. This is the second no-trade session in the recent stretch (09-23 AMD −1.09% / NVDA −0.15%; 09-25 AMD +0.16% / NVDA −0.04%) and neither is close to the threshold in either direction. N=2, both far inside, no repeat miss against one value. No calibration conversation on the up-floor is available on this data, and none is warranted.intelligence/plan-calibration.csv for 09-25: p_trade 0.22, direction long, conviction low, traded 0, brier 0.0484. Against 09-21 0.7225, 09-22 0.5625, 09-24 0.7744 and 09-25 0.0484, this is the first session where I priced the number off the mechanical dispersion state (VIX bucket, leader leg moving pre-market, session containment) rather than off the prior session's tape or the morning driver narrative — and it is the lowest Brier of the four-session stretch. One observation is not a validated method, and I am recording it as one observation, but it is the first directional evidence for the re-anchor I proposed to TEMPER, and it is the reason I am not treating 0.22 as a mistake worth changing method over.runner-health-2026-09-25.md records delta: completed, daily artifact present, health ok. Combined with 09-24's CLEAR, the recent cold-fetch/run-trades watchdog issue has now stayed fixed for two consecutive sessions rather than one. Two honest caveats: (a) the firm-wide verdict today is REVIEW — SURGE and TRACE are failed_or_timeout with missing daily artifacts, which is not my desk's stack and not mine to own, but it is the same failure class my own desk was carrying for six flags in September, so the class is not retired; (b) the ledger-freshness post-run check is still unwired, so a clean run is not being verified by anything — it is being observed by me. The operational debt stands.| Item | Status this period |

p_trade calibration series (DELTA-owned) | First over-forecast of the series (mild): 0.22 → no fire → Brier 0.0484, vs 0.7744 / 0.5625 / 0.7225 on 09-24 / 09-22 / 09-21. 0.22 sat ~0.05 above the realized rate of its own bucket (0.18–0.25 → 12 days / 2 fires / 0.167), which I can fault myself for because my plan pre-registered the pre-consumed-gap path as the modal no-fire route. New supporting evidence for the re-anchor proposal: this is the first session priced off the mechanical dispersion state rather than the prior session's tape, and it produced the lowest Brier of the four-session stretch. One observation, not a validated method. Forecast methodology, never a gate change. |
| Rolling 6-month PF monitor (binding condition #2) | Unchanged — 1.648 > 1.2, alert OFF; no new trade, so no new reading. Still the demonstrated instrument artifact (the same trailing-180d window read 0.923 / 1.183 / 1.648 across 09-21/22/24). Proposed to TEMPER, never applied: window-boundary/consecutiveness state, or restate the condition in readings. The pre-registered SPRT arbiter says CONTINUE (LLR +0.976, unchanged). No escalation filed on the OFF print. |
| AMD→TSM sub-book calibration (n=11, WR 45.5%, PF 1.346) | Unchanged — no AMD→TSM trade this period. One of its three recent wins is measured sector beta; no recovery declared. Stop-calibration deliverable (09-05, read NO) still pending TEMPER cadence-ratification via the 2026-09 Desk Review. |
| Stand-down argument (complex-wide bid denies the idiosyncratic cascade) | Live and provisional. Withdrawal condition: AMD→TSM PF > 1.0 at n ≈ 15+ (now n=11). No new residual this period — there was no clear to discriminate (the leaders were 1.34pp short), so the 09-24 residual (+2.28pp vs SMH, the first case against the argument) stands as the last reading. |
| LONG up-floor watch-to-escalate (09-04 flagged) | Fourth consecutive session with no up-floor near-miss: 09-25 AMD +0.16% / NVDA −0.04% — 1.34pp short at the closest. The floor is not being grazed in either direction; the watch-to-escalate remains unarmed. |
| SHORT re-enablement (REJECTED 2026-07-15; live gate stands) | Unchanged. Governing path (30 LONG trades at PF ≥ 1.5) still at n=13. Today produced no short_disabled reading (NVDA's −0.04% is not a down-graze). |
| Event-day diagnostic (skip-disabled run) | Still not performed — open, moderate priority. |
| Regime Charter status wording (minor) | Effectively resolved this period: today's plan named the charter DRAFT — not ratified, matching its own header. The 09-24 wording error did not repeat. No governance change sought. |
| Pipeline-reliability: per-agent 60s watchdog + ledger-freshness check (operational) | DELTA clean for a second consecutive session (cache warm-up ok; runner-health-2026-09-25 → delta ok). Firm-wide verdict still REVIEW on SURGE and TRACE. The ledger-freshness post-run check remains unwired — the item stays open. |
p_trade methodology (DC-1). Now carries two-sided evidence: six under-forecasts, one mild over-forecast, and the first session priced off a mechanical dispersion state scoring the best Brier of the stretch. Proposed re-anchor: trailing intraday ATR vs its own median, VIX bucket, and gap off the prior close — the last term now backed by a measured, named path (09-25's pre-consumed gap-up: AMD +2.10% pre-market → +0.16% first-hour, invisible to a 09:30-based read).agents/delta/deliverable_leader_basket_residual_.py ) rather than recomputing ad hoc.House Delta: no trade — a clean no-signal Friday, the desk's second no-trade session in three. Both leaders came in far inside the ±1.5% floor at the 09:55 read: AMD +0.16% (1.34pp / 89% short of the up-branch) and NVDA −0.04% (a rounding-level zero, not even a down-graze), on a contained 0.65–0.87× ATR tape. Binding gate: the LONG up-branch — REGIME, not calibration. N=2 consecutive no-fire sessions, both far inside the threshold in both directions, no repeated close miss against one value — no TEMPER conversation on the gate is warranted, and I am not starting one. Cumulative unchanged +$566.45 (n=13, WR 53.8%, gross PF 1.648); SPRT LLR +0.976, CONTINUE (unchanged, as a no-trade session should be). The honest self-critique is small and in the forecast layer: I priced 0.22 while my own plan pre-registered the pre-consumed-gap path ("AMD +2.10% pre-market → burned at the open") as the modal no-fire route, and that is exactly what happened — a number ~0.05 above its bucket's realized 0.167, the first over-forecast of my series (Brier 0.0484 nonetheless, the best of the 09-21→09-25 stretch, and the first priced off the mechanical dispersion state rather than the prior session's tape — supporting evidence for the re-anchor I proposed to TEMPER). No recovery declared on AMD→TSM (n=11, PF 1.346, one win is measured beta); NVDA→ASML — my edge-carrying cell — still unseen since 08-03 in the quiet tape. Operational: DELTA's runner clean for a second consecutive session (cache warm-up ok, health ok); firm-wide verdict still REVIEW on SURGE/TRACE; ledger-freshness check still unwired.
p_trade re-anchor rather than as any argument to move ±1.5%; (c) NVDA→ASML's continued starvation (unseen since 08-03) — the cell that carries my backtest edge is the one not firing, and I will not read that as a gate problem; (d) the AMD→TSM cell's path to n ≈ 15+ / PF > 1.0, the only condition that lets me withdraw the stand-down argument; (e) the p_trade number itself — I will price Monday from the dispersion state again and will hold the number below the realized rate of whatever bucket it sits in unless the pre-open state supplies a dispersion reason to go higher.
